Stainless Steel benches for Education, Schools & Colleges

Products that are used in Education settings such as schools and colleges need to be durable, hard wearing, and safe.

As they do not break or damage easily, Britex stainless steel benches are generally strong and vandal resistant, ideal for high traffic environments. They are also safe for students and younger children, making them a good option for schools and childcare centres.

Our benches, including the BenchTech Flat Island Bench, are made from 1.2mm grade 304 stainless steel complete with a 2.0mm corrosion resistant zinc plated steel substrate. They are functional, easy to maintain, and long lasting, perfect for installation in teaching kitchens, canteens and cafes.

With our expertise in commercial kitchens and knowledge of Australian Standards as well as state education department guidelines, Britex is able to deliver full teaching kitchen and canteen fit-outs.

In our previous projects with schools, products we supplied included custom stainless steel bench tops with integrated sinks for food tech, canteen, and servery areas; custom stainless steel bench with integrated stainless steel lift up bench; stainless steel benchtops with integrated sinks at compliancy height; and modular flat island benches.
