ABOUT

Located at 2 Rhyolite Drive Craigieburn, the newly constructed Aitken Hill Primary School accommodates up to 475 students for Prep to Year 6 and opened in Term 1 2019. The 2017-18 State Budget allocated $13.806 million towards the school, followed by an additional $6.77 million in the 2018-19 State Budget, for construction of a performing arts and physical education facility. The school’s design was formed around a central east-west learning street, which connects the Administration building at one end and the Performing Arts and Physical Education building and sports courts at the other. Aitken Hill Integrated Community Centre is located next to the Primary School, assisting local children to make a smooth transition from pre-school.
