Any product drawings, flat patterns, design concepts, product specifications and technical details etc.. whether in raw editable format, or view-only format, transmitted as an attacment to a Britex e-mail, are copyright, and remain the property of Britex Metal Products Co. Pty Ltd. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, file sharing or use of it or its contents in any part, contrary to the interests of Britex Metal Products Co. Pty Ltd will be met with legal repercussions. No liability will be accepted for their use by any other party, than the intended recipient/s.
Any views, opinions or attachments in any message eminating from the Britex Metal Products Domain are those of the author, and do not necessarily represent those of Britex Metal Products Co. Pty Ltd unless specifically stated, or the details are obviously of a business nature relating to Britex.
Our trust policy at Britex deems that incoming and outgoing e-mail and attachments are not scanned by the System Administrator or Management for appropriateness of material, this does not however, exclude the Management reserving the right to scan incoming or outgoing e-mail and attachments for appropriate content should they see fit.
Our operating and mail server systems at Britex are continually scanned with the latest in anti-viral software, this is not a guarantee that outgoing mail is free of viruses due to the frequency of new virus patterns, but to the best of our knowledge our system is virus free. It is the duty of the recipient to scan incoming e-mail & attachments for viruses prior to viewing. Britex Metal Products Co. Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage caused by electronic media transmitted from our server, whether or not you are the intended recipient.
All incoming mail to the Britex Domain is scanned for viruses, and if any are found coming from a source considered reliable to Britex, our System Administrator will contact that source with details. Virused e-mails from any source other than that considered reliable by Britex Metal Products Co. Pty Ltd are detected and destroyed without any further correspondence.
