Q: How does your waterless urinal work if it doesn’t use a cartridge or sealant fluid?
A: Our ‘Arid’ range of waterless urinals utilise a unique one way valve that allows urine to flow through the waste, but prevents odour from coming back up. For additional literature and more detail on the Arids, please click here

Q: You have a product that I like but it’s not perfect for my project. Can you alter the design for me?
A: In most cases, Yes. BRITEX specialise in custom fabrications, so depending on the exact dimensions and shapes of what you have in mind, chances are we will be able to help out. Please consult BRITEX for clarification of a specific alteration and the best way to specify this item before including it in your design documents.
Q: Do you do domestic work?

Q: Can I have someone from BRITEX come and see me in person?
A: Yes. BRITEX is represented in all Australian states and territories. Please go to our contacts page and contact your local representative.
Q: Does BRITEX do balustrading or hand rails?
A: Generally speaking, No. As we do not specialise in pipe bending, we normally recommend companies that are experts in this area. We are however able to provide basic, custom made kick rails and hand rails as part of project work.
Q: Do you sell dome-shaped water spreaders that used to go on older style urinals?
A: No we don’t. We ran out of our stock many years ago. If you know someone who does sell them, please let us know so we can forward their details when these calls come in.
